These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mobile games and services ("Services") provided by Guinto Games Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

This licence does not give you any ownership rights in our games or their content. We may revoke this licence at any time if you violate these Terms.

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, hacks, mods, or any unauthorised third-party software designed to modify or interfere with our games
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of our games
• Copy, distribute, or make our games available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
• Use our Services for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Services or related systems

Violation of these rules may result in termination of your access to our Services.

Our games may offer in-app purchases of virtual items, currency, or other content. All in-app purchases are processed by the platform app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies.

Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred outside of the game, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items or currency at any time.

Our games are supported by third-party advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads. By using our games, you acknowledge and agree that advertisements will be displayed during gameplay.

We use Unity LevelPlay as our ad mediation platform, which connects to multiple advertising networks. These partners may collect certain data from your device to serve relevant ads. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

All content in our games, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, animations, audio, text, game mechanics, software code, and trademarks, is the property of Guinto Games Ltd or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without our prior written permission.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any content in our games.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guinto Games Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to us (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your licence to use our games will immediately cease. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we may notify you by posting a prominent notice in our games or on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
